• to report an incident or concern where there is no immediate threat
• to speak with a person knowledgeable about our Workplace Violence Prevention Plan
• to obtain a copy of our Workplace Violence Prevention Plan at no cost
If you report to a client worksite, reach out to your client supervisor.  To escalate a situation in which the client or client supervisor fails to respond to your request, please call 1-888-902-SAFE (7233) or email safety@teksystems.com.
